John Raeder, Chief Executive Officer
John P. Raeder, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of JobApp. John is a 25 year veteran in the Human Capital Management software industry. He is also a proven entrepreneurial CEO and highly focused as a visionary/team builder, with a strong history building market-leading HR tech/workforce management companies.
John oversees JobApp's vision and culture, product strategy, and client commitment to value and business results. Before joining JobApp, John was the Founder and CEO of IQNavigator, the market-leading contingent workforce management solutions company from 1999-2009. During his tenure, he was responsible for introducing numerous "first to market" products and services, achieving 40% - 50% annualized revenue growth for 10 consecutive years. Additionally, he was part of the original Oracle HRMS Applications team, and is the Founder and CEO of Raeder Venture Fund an investor, and board member to numerous successful software, internet, and business services companies.
John received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado. He continues to serve as a Trustee for the University and is actively involved as a cabinet member for CU Athletics. John and his family are the benefactors for the Raeder Technology Center at the University. He also is actively engaged in his community with various philanthropic associations.
Dave Walters, COO/CFO
David J. Walters is the COO/CFO of JobApp where he leads the Company’s business and financial operations with a strong emphasis on achieving top decile SaaS performance and financial metrics. Prior to JobApp, Dave was John's first hire at IQNavigator and was intimately involved in the global growth and process development of the company from 2000 – 2009. Further, he is a proven Human Capital Management executive with prior experience at TCI Ventures and KPMG.
Dave received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern California, where he also earned his CPA certification.
Chris Seeger, SVP Sales
Chris leads JobApp's worldwide sales initiatives and is responsible for both direct and indirect sales channels. He has more than 25 years of sales management experience in delivering Human Capital Management and SaaS solutions to a wide range of industries. Previously, Chris was Vice President of Sales for Peoplefluent, a Human Capital Management software firm. Prior to his role at Peoplefluent, Chris held numerous sales management positions with market-leading companies such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, Siebel Systems, and Saba.
Chris received his degree from Western Michigan University.
Jonathan Lucero, SVP Technology
Jonathan Lucero is the SVP of Technology at JobApp and oversees the Development, Quality Assurance, and IT Operations; while being responsible for the overall HCM platform, architectural vision, and SaaS-based infastructure. Jonathan is a proven technology leader and SaaS pioneer having built the market-leading, workforce management system platform at IQNavigator over the past 14 years. He was responsible for scaling and deploying the IQN platform to 144 countries and 5.2 million users.
Jonathan received his BS in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Paula Passalacqua, VP Customer Operations
Paula is one of the original Co-Founders of JobApp and serves as the company's Vice President of Customer Operations. She is responsible for internal and external operations functions, including customer/business process operations, customer referereceability and retention, and customer service. Paula leads the company-wide deployment of resources to effectively communicate and execute on the tight coordination across customers, software products and architectures, as well as services and training. Paula has over 14 years of experience in HR Tech companies and has personally led the implementation planning and project execution, training, change management, and account services of over 350+ JobApp customers since inception. From 2008-2012, she was responsible for and led the Implementation teams at JobApp.
Joe Poxson, VP Implementation Services
Joe is the Vice President of Implementation Services, responsible for managing the global implementation and training teams. Prior to JobApp, Joe spent 10 years at IQNavigator in various capacities including customer care, account management and implementation leadership roles. He was responsible for the project management and successful outcomes of numerous high profile global implementations, establishing himself as an award winning subject matter expert in Human Capital Management.
Joe holds a BSBA in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
Patrick Stewart, VP Market Strategy
Patrick is the Vice President of Market Strategy at JobApp. Prior to joining JobApp, Patrick spent 10 years at IQNavigator in various technology leadership roles. His experience includes product and solution design, project management, and sales engineering. His technology expertise is complimented by his ability to understand and simplify client’s complex HCM business and technology issues while rapidly designing and producing elegant software solutions.
Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado.
Joe Dipaulo, VP Product Management
Joe Di Paulo is the VP of Product Management at JobApp. Joe brings nearly 15 years of leadership experience with SaaS and Human Capital Management solutions to JobApp. Most recently, Joe was a Vice President at IQNavigator where he led the effort for product strategy, product execution, and enabling clients with IQNavigator’s technology and product lines.
Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College.
